Notice to New Applicants for the 2025-26 Academic Year
1st Year Residence Guarantee (Undergraduate applicants): Applications for 2025-26 will open on January 15, 2025 at 12:00 pm (EST/Toronto Time). Deadline to indicate an interest in residence is by March 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm EST.
To maintain the guarantee: Receive and accept an offer of admission to a program at UofT before or by June 2, 2025, at 11:59 pm EST (or earlier if stated on your offer of admission).
School of Graduate Studies (Masters/PhD) and Second-Entry Applicants: Graduate House applications will open on January 15, 2025 at 12:00 pm (EST/Toronto Time). No deadline, apply at your earliest!
Waitlist Applications: Applications for the 2025-26 Academic Year will be open starting March 1, 2025 at 12:00 PM (EST/Toronto Time).

Enable your JOINid.
To enable your JOINid, be sure to have your acknowledgment email on hand. You will be asked to enter the following information:
- JOINid
- U of T Applicant/Student Number
- Date of Birth
- OUAC Reference Number (for undergraduate applicants)
