Notice to New Applicants for the 2025-26 Academic Year
1st Year Residence Guarantee (Undergraduate applicants): Applications fpr 2025-26 will open in January, 2025. (An exact date will be disclosed in December 2024). Deadline to indicate an interest in residence is March 31, 2025 EST.
To maintain the guarantee: Receive and accept an offer of admission to a program at UofT before or by June 2, 2024 EST (or earlier if stated on your offer of admissions).
School of Graduate Studies (Masters/PhD) and Second-Entry Applicants: Graduate House applications open January, 2025 (An exact date will be disclosed in December 2024). No deadline, apply at your earliest!
Waitlist Applications: applications for the 2025-26 Academic Year will be open starting March, 2025 (An exact date will be disclosed in December 2024).

To enable your JOINid, be sure to have your acknowledgment email on hand. You will be asked to enter the following information:
- JOINid
- U of T Applicant/Student Number
- Date of Birth
- OUAC Reference Number (for undergraduate applicants)
